What is security monitoring?
Collecting and reading security events so someone notices trouble early: odd logins, new admin users, changed files, unexpected outbound traffic. Ours runs on the servers we manage.
- Nobody reads the logs
- Alerts ignored in an inbox
- Cloudflare events nobody explains
- An insurer asks who watches
If someone gets in at 2 a.m.
High-severity alerts reach our 24/7 desk. Everything else is reviewed daily.
Alert
A new admin user appears on your web server. Wazuh-based detection flags it high severity.
Desk
The alert reaches our 24/7 operations desk. A person reads it.
Action
The engineer confirms it isn’t yours and, with your agreed authority, disables the account and keeps the evidence.
Call
We call your named contact with what happened and what we did.
Report
A written summary: what happened, the likely cause, changes made, what to fix in the app.
Managed clients get a P1 initial response in under 15 minutes; actions follow the escalation path you approve.

Common questions
What is security monitoring?
Collecting and reviewing security events to catch suspicious activity early: failed logins, new admin users, changed system or web files, unexpected outbound traffic. On the servers we manage we use Wazuh-based detection, and a person reads the alerts.
Is security monitoring a separate service?
No. It comes with the servers we run: inside Managed Server (from ₹9,999 per VM a month) and Cloud Management. There is no separate monitoring fee.
Are alerts watched around the clock?
High-severity alerts go to our 24/7 operations desk; managed clients get a P1 response in under 15 minutes. All other security events are reviewed daily and summarised in a monthly report.
Which events do you watch?
Failed and unusual logins, new admin users, changes to system and web files, unexpected outbound traffic, and firewall and Cloudflare events read alongside the server logs.
Is Cloudflare enough on its own?
No. Cloudflare sees traffic at the edge. It cannot see a new admin user or a changed file on your server. You need both views.
Does monitoring make us compliant?
No. The monthly report documents what was watched and what happened, which helps with auditors and insurers. It does not certify compliance.
