What ZenoCloud sells and operates.
What is ZenoCloud?
ZenoCloud sells cloud servers, dedicated servers and GPU capacity. Cloud Management adds monitoring, maintenance, incident response, backup checks and recovery support.
Do you serve customers outside India?
Yes. Selected infrastructure is available in India, the United States, Germany and Australia. Cloud Management can also cover supported customer-owned cloud environments.

Can I buy infrastructure without Cloud Management?
Yes. Cloud servers, VPS, dedicated servers and GPU capacity can be purchased without Cloud Management.
What is the difference between a cloud server and VPS?
The terms overlap for many buyers. ZenoCloud uses one virtual-machine catalogue for both buying intents so that CPU, memory, storage, pricing and operating rules do not conflict.
Can you provide custom server configurations?
Yes. Request the CPU, memory, storage, RAID, network and location you need. We will reply with an available configuration and price.
Which infrastructure locations are available?
Selected products are available in Mumbai, Noida, the United States, Germany and Australia. The product page or order names the deployment region.
GPU capacity
Card pricing, complete nodes and workload qualification.
Is GPU pricing per card or per server node?
GPU catalogue prices are per GPU card per month unless a row and quote explicitly state a complete node. A complete-node quote includes the card count, host CPU and memory, storage, network and topology.
Which GPU models can ZenoCloud source?
The public catalogue includes L4, L40S, A100, RTX PRO 6000, H100, H200 and a sourced B200 180GB configuration.
How do I choose the right GPU?
Share the model, framework, precision, memory profile, batch size, storage, network, region and acceptance target. A model name alone does not prove workload fit.
Can I benchmark the workload before a larger commitment?
Yes, through a paid validation or benchmark when suitable capacity and a reproducible test are available.
Cloud Management and AWS
Account ownership, access and incidents.
Can ZenoCloud operate infrastructure from another provider?
Yes, for supported platforms. ZenoCloud-supplied capacity is not required for every Cloud Management engagement.
Does my AWS account or billing need to move?
No. Your AWS account and billing remain with you. ZenoCloud uses approved least-privilege access that can be revoked.
What does a P1 response target mean?
It is the target time for an acknowledged critical incident to enter the contracted response path. It is not a guaranteed resolution time. Managed clients get a P1 response in under 15 minutes.
Backup, recovery and security
What is protected, how it restores and which controls are included.
Are backups included with every infrastructure plan?
Not automatically. Add the backup method, schedule, retention and restore support you need.
Is backup the same as disaster recovery?
No. Backup preserves data. Disaster recovery also needs destination capacity, access, dependencies, sequencing, network and an operating plan that has been tested.
Which security services does ZenoCloud provide?
Managed Cloudflare, DDoS protection, VAPT, backup and recovery are available. The page for each service states what ZenoCloud provides.
Pricing and billing
Currencies, taxes, commitments and quote validity.
Are INR and USD prices converted live?
No. INR and USD are independent, hand-set price books. ZenoCloud does not calculate one from the other using a live exchange rate on the website.
Do published prices include taxes?
No. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Indian invoices are subject to applicable GST.
Can I cancel or change a monthly service?
It depends on the service. The order states its commitment, notice period, renewal and change terms.
