Only if you want us to. By default your clients hear from your agency: reports, alerts and support go out under your name, and we escalate to you.
Can we start with one client?
Yes. Move one client first, check how the handoff works, then bring the rest. Standard moves are free.
What does agency hosting cost?
List prices start at ₹2,499 a site a month for Managed WordPress. Partners get partner pricing, agreed with you for your mix of clients and never published.
How does billing work?
You bill your client and we bill you, or your client contracts us directly and your referral is agreed with you. The choice is per client.
Can it be fully white-label?
Yes. Monitoring alerts and support can run under your agency’s name, and so can the monthly report that comes with WordPress Care and Managed Server.
Can you move all our client sites at once?
Yes, in batches you approve. Standard moves are free; on Managed Server the free move comes with a 3-month minimum. Each old host stays untouched for 7 days.
Do you handle clients on AWS?
Yes. Managed AWS runs inside the client’s own AWS account (₹50,000 a month), and an AWS Cost Snapshot (₹25,000) explains a client’s bill first. Managed AWS.
