Managed hosting questions.
Can you manage a server hosted somewhere else?
Yes. Any Linux or Windows server we can log into as root or administrator, at the same price. Many clients start that way and move to us later, with free standard migration.
What is not included?
Application code, plugin updates, major version upgrades, malware clean-up after a hack and disaster recovery setups. We quote those separately and tell you before any work starts.
How many sites can run on one managed server?
Up to three sites or applications per server. Each extra site is ₹2,999 a month, or we move you to Cloud Management.
What if we need more than the included hours?
Extra engineer time is ₹2,500 an hour. Incident work during a P1 or P2 never counts against your hours.
Will you make my site faster?
Basic server tuning is included: web server, PHP and database settings. Deeper performance work, such as slow queries or caching for a busy store, is quoted.
