About the role
We run managed infrastructure for businesses in India and the US. When a client environment breaks at 2am, our engineers fix it.
You design and run the AWS infrastructure behind that: provisioning, automation, monitoring and incident response. You own systems end to end. This is not a ticket-closing role.
Every engineer here uses AI tools daily, for infrastructure code, incident analysis, runbooks and automation. If you see AI as a multiplier, read on.
What you’ll do
- Design and run AWS environments: EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, VPC, IAM and Lambda.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar.
- Run Kubernetes clusters for container workloads.
- Write infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible.
- Own incident response for production, including a 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Write runbooks, postmortems and documentation your team can follow.
- Work with clients on infrastructure reviews and architecture decisions.
What we’re looking for
- Five or more years in DevOps or SRE.
- Deep, hands-on AWS in production: EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch.
- Docker and Kubernetes in production.
- Terraform or CloudFormation as the way you work.
- Strong Linux administration (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Ansible.
- Monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch or New Relic.
- Clear writing: runbooks, incident reports and client updates.
Nice to have
- Magento or WordPress hosting environments.
- Nginx, Apache and Varnish tuning.
- MySQL, PostgreSQL and Redis administration.
- AWS Security Specialty or CKS.
