About the role
These two places are for people outside Delhi NCR, on purpose. Some of the sharpest engineers we know are in Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore and cities where nobody handed them opportunities. We want to find them.
Fully remote and async-friendly. Results matter, not hours logged. Same programme, same training, same full-time offer at the end.
We run production infrastructure for businesses in India and the US, and you work on it from week one.
What you’ll do
- Manage Linux servers, debug live issues and write runbooks for problems that come back.
- Support client AWS environments: EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront and ECS.
- Automate routine ops work with Bash, Python and AI-assisted scripting.
- Take support escalations and own the first 30 minutes of an incident.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or similar.
- Document processes, incidents and configurations so the next person can follow them.
- Use Claude and GitHub Copilot every day. We teach you to use AI for infrastructure work, not only for code.
What we’re looking for
- You have deployed something on a cloud platform. Free tier counts.
- You can work in a Linux terminal without panicking.
- You can read and write basic Python or Bash.
- You use AI tools for real work, not only for homework.
- You write clearly. Vague communication is a disqualifier.
- You have broken something and remember exactly why it broke.
Education
B.Tech, BCA or BSc Computer Science. Final-year students can apply.
What you get
- ₹25,000 a month, fixed, for six months.
- Work from where you live. Clear documentation and a weekly check-in.
- A structured training plan from week one.
- Real production access, not a sandbox.
- A full-time offer for the top two or three interns.
- A reference letter that names what you did.
