Signals need an owner, not another inbox.
Infrastructure and application monitoring with an agreed response, escalation and reporting boundary.
Every monitored signal has a stated owner.
The monitoring scope lists the systems watched, the signals that create action, the person who acts and the evidence that is retained.
Managed monitoring is delivered inside a Infrastructure Management scope. The Foundation scope starts from ₹75,000 per operating scope per month; the written scope lists the monitored systems and the escalation route the price applies to.
See Infrastructure Management scopesCommon questions.
Can monitoring be bought without Infrastructure Management?
Monitoring is delivered inside a Infrastructure Management scope so every alert has an owner and an action path. A dashboard-only feed without response is not sold, because it recreates the unowned-inbox problem.
Can ZenoCloud use our existing monitoring tools?
Yes, where access, licensing, integration and alert quality support the agreed operating path. Tool replacement is not required by default.
Does every alert receive a 15-minute response?
Only events classified as P1 within a contract that includes that service level. Lower severities and informational alerts follow their stated response path.
