Where it fits.

Best fit
  • AWS environments where cost cannot be allocated clearly to teams or products
  • Multi-account estates that need budgets, anomaly routes and guardrails
  • Teams with repeated recommendations but no implementation owner
Not included
  • No savings percentage is promised before the environment is reviewed
  • Commitments follow usage and architecture review, not the other way around
  • Cost controls must preserve the agreed reliability, security and performance requirements

FinOps cadence.

01

Add approved policies, guardrails, alerts, account structures and review routes.

03

Common questions.

How is FinOps different from an AWS cost review?

The AWS Cost and Reliability Review is a fixed-scope diagnostic. FinOps adds an operating cadence for allocation, anomaly response, governance, implementation, commitments and outcome tracking.

Does AWS billing need to move to ZenoCloud?

No. The customer-owned account and billing model remains the default. Access, data sources and implementation authority are separately documented.

Do you only recommend changes?

No. ZenoCloud can implement approved changes and operate the recurring control loop. Every change still needs ownership, rollback and acceptance.
