- Hosting companies and MSPs operating multiple customer estates
- Agencies that need a visible post-launch ownership path
- Operations teams with signals spread across several tools and providers
Production signals, narrowed to an owner and a next action.
TieBeam is ZenoCloud's developing AI SRE product for governed investigation, layer and owner attribution, paging, and evidence handoff.
Reduce an incident to the evidence that matters.
TieBeam is designed to reduce a noisy estate to a small evidence set, name the affected layer and connect it to the person who owns the next action.
- Signals
- Supported monitoring and operating evidence enters through read-only adapters.
- Narrowing
- Deterministic ranking reduces the candidate set before model-assisted investigation.
- Ownership
- The event is attributed to a layer, operating seat and named human owner.
- Packet
- Validated claims, open questions and the handoff record stay attached to the event.
Where it fits.
- TieBeam does not autonomously change production today
- A ranked cause is evidence for investigation, not proof until validated
- Human ownership, escalation and customer communication remain explicit
Investigation flow.
Collect and normalise
Read supported signals inside the agreed tenant and environment boundary.
Narrow and attribute
Rank likely causes, identify the affected layer and route the event to a named owner.
Page and document
Deliver an evidence-backed handoff and retain the investigation record for review.
Common questions.
Is TieBeam an autonomous SRE?
TieBeam is being developed as an AI SRE product, but autonomous production changes are not a current public capability. Investigation and routing are bounded; a human owner decides and acts.
Does TieBeam replace monitoring or an on-call team?
No. It consumes supported signals and adds narrowing, attribution and handoff. Monitoring tools and named human owners remain part of the operating path.
What is available today?
The current product direction covers read-only collection, event normalisation, ranking, layer and owner attribution, paging and evidence packets. Integrations and pilot scope are confirmed case by case.
