Incident Response

Six capabilities. One team.

Cloud Ops is not a single service — it is a practice. We cover FinOps, DevOps, migration, monitoring, compliance readiness, and 24/7 SRE under one engagement.

FinOps & Cost Optimization

Monthly cost reports, right-sizing, Reserved Instance strategy, anomaly detection. Average savings delivered to clients: around 40% of AWS spend. Free audit for qualified accounts.

DevOps as a Service

CI/CD pipelines, Terraform IaC, Kubernetes management, and 24/7 incident response. Full DevOps coverage at a fraction of the cost of an in-house hire.

Cloud Migration

Zero-downtime migration to AWS, GCP, or Azure. On-prem to cloud, cloud-to-cloud, and bare-metal lift-and-shift. Blue/green cutover with tested rollback plans.

24/7 Monitoring & SRE

CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix. Alerts go to our NOC — not your inbox. Median first-touch on P1 incidents under 15 minutes.

Compliance-Ready Architecture

SOC 2 infrastructure guidance, HIPAA-compliant architecture, PCI-DSS setups. DPDP Act and RBI cloud guideline alignment for India-market clients.

Cloud Repatriation

When AWS costs outgrow your revenue growth, we help move predictable workloads to dedicated infrastructure. We own 1,000+ servers — we are the destination, not just a consultant.

Pricing

Tiered by your cloud spend

Cloud Ops pricing is anchored to your monthly AWS spend — not a feature list. Pick the tier that matches your current spend. Scale up as your infrastructure grows.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to move our AWS account to ZenoCloud?
No. Your AWS account stays yours. We request the IAM access we need to manage it effectively — read/write for the services we operate, no billing ownership required unless you want billing consolidation.
How much can you reduce our AWS bill?
Across our current client base, the average reduction is around 40%. The actual number depends on your starting point — over-provisioned instances, unused EBS volumes, missing Reserved Instances, and untagged resources are the most common sources of waste. Our free audit shows you exactly where your dollars are going.
What does the free FinOps audit cover?
We connect read-only to your AWS account and run a full cost analysis: EC2 right-sizing opportunities, Reserved Instance gaps, S3 storage tiering, NAT gateway costs, data transfer waste, and idle resource identification. You get a prioritized report within 48 hours. No commitment required.
How is this different from nOps or CloudFix?
nOps and CloudFix are SaaS tools — they show you a dashboard. We do the work. Our team implements the right-sizing, purchases the Savings Plans, refactors the architecture, and manages the ongoing ops. Tools tell you what to do. We actually do it.
What happens to our infrastructure if we cancel?
We remove our IAM access and hand over all IaC files, runbooks, Terraform state, and documentation. Your infrastructure is yours. You keep everything we built.
Do you support GCP and Azure or just AWS?
AWS is our primary platform — that is where our tooling and team depth is strongest. We support GCP and Azure for clients with existing workloads on those platforms. For new engagements, we recommend AWS unless you have a strong existing reason to be elsewhere.
What are AWS credits and how do they work?
We maintain a $100K pool of AWS credits (replenishing approximately annually). For qualified managed clients — typically those spending ₹3L+/mo on AWS — we can apply credits directly to your account, reducing your effective AWS bill immediately on top of architecture savings. Credits are case-by-case based on spend, contract horizon, and expansion potential.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically 5–10 business days from signed agreement to operational monitoring. Week 1 is access provisioning, baseline audit, and monitoring setup. Week 2 is the first optimization sprint. You see the first cost report at the end of week 2.
